How many stores can it aggregate?
No store limit. However many TikTok Shop stores you authorize, the dashboard aggregates them all. Data sync runs automatically for each connected store.
How often does data update?
Daily. You see complete data through yesterday. Not real-time — TikTok's reporting system itself operates on a T+1 basis.
Can I see product-level data?
The multi-store report dashboard supports store and campaign level data. For product-level and creative-level details, use the GMV Max Campaign Management detail view.
Is it consistent with TikTok Seller Center data?
Same data source as TikTok's own reports, same calculation methodology. Minor differences may appear in timezone alignment and exact report generation timing (T+1 reports have a few hours of variance in finalization).
How long is data retained?
Report data is retained for 180 days. Sufficient for quarterly and semi-annual trend analysis.
